Fête de la Musique – Friday 21 June 2019 at the Port of Monaco

On 21 June, as every year, music will be celebrated everywhere in the Principality with the concerts of many groups throughout the day. In the evening, from 9pm, it’s reggae/hip-hop that will be in the spotlight with the free concert of Jahneration at the Port of Monaco.

The duo of Parisian singers (Theo and Ogach) since 2009 sharpens its feathers and flows on reggae/hip-hop of its own. In 2011, with the release of Me Nah fed up in collaboration with Naâman, the musical project really started. Their videos are experiencing a rapid surge on the Internet, and the duo released, two years later, a first self-produced EP of six titles and entitled “The Foreword”.

In 2015, Jahneration integrated the Ovastand label, and everything accelerates then. Concerts in France and abroad; the release of their first album, Jahneration, an opus that will be voted “Best French Touch Album of the Year” and “Revelation of the Year 2016” at the Reggae Victories; the first part of the DUB INC group at the Zenith of Paris …

Jahneration, who is currently refining his second album, will present Monaco with his musical universe, his catchy melodies and his encouraging, lively and hopeful lyrics in launching his summer tour.

Tracy De Sa will provide the first part, a young artist cradled in flamenco, reggaeton, R & B and hip-hop culture, who opted for rap as a speciality. She has just released her first album, Commotion.
