This visit to Monegasque territory made it possible to evoke the evolution of the environmental issues led by the Prince Albert II Foundation in the Land of Eagles, in particular with regard to the development of a marine protected area and the different subjects that were the subject to exchanges during previous meetings.

The Albanian President was accompanied by Prince Leka II of Albania and his wife Princess Elia of Albania.

After a bilateral meeting, Prince Albert II elevated President Meta to the dignity of Grand Cross in the Order of St. Charles, at an official ceremony.

After lunch, he made a private visit to the Oceanographic Museum.
