In the calendar of economic trophies that is growing year after year in the Principality, here is a new feature: the HR Monaco trophies, which will be presented on 26 November next at the Princess Grace Theatre.
HR, which stands for human resources, in order to highlight the professionals in this sector who work in the Principality. And also to praise innovative or inspiring practices of local companies.
The idea is Bogdan Dinu’s. One year after creating the website www.travailleramonaco.com, listing the country’s job offers, the entrepreneur chose to create these awards to boost an entire sector. Inspired by a demonstration of this kind that has been taking place in Luxembourg for the past ten years, the idea is also to bring together human resources professionals in the Principality.
AN ASSOCIATION CREATED
“In the Principality, there was no enhancement of these activities, and that is why, in line with the trophies, we are going to create an association of human resources professionals,” confirms Bogdan Dinu. The organizers are expected to bring together about 150 human resources professionals for this first edition.
About ten trophies will be awarded, after the jury’s deliberation in different areas: HR of the year, talent, quality of life at work, best digital strategy, etc.
“We launched a call for applications, about twenty companies responded to apply in different categories. And for this first edition, we are fortunate to have the confidence of three major partners: Gramaglia, Agentil Monaco and Procadres International. We look forward to new partnerships in the coming years,” says the organizer, anxious to make a success of its first edition.
