This installation, with a surface area of 490 m², includes 299 photovoltaic panels. It will produce 113 MWh of electricity injected directly into the electrical installation of the barracks.

This production will reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere by 9.3 tonnes per year and make the entire barracks and its 40 housing units nearly 37% electrically autonomous.

It should be noted that with 113 MWh, the photovoltaic field will be the largest ENR production of public buildings in Monaco.
