Good to know: bookings are not essential. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The creator of this tasting room is Jordan, a young chef who started his career in the gastronomy in Paris and in particular in one of Alain Ducasse&#8217;s restaurants. The establishment only serves French wines and the chef regularly changes the menu.
