Prior to the inauguration of the impressive Simona Tower (main photo) in 2013. &nbsp;\u201cThe Simona Tower is unique because of&nbsp; its urban location,\u201d he explains. &#8220;It is built on gardens, and forms part of a complete perspective that goes from the mountain to the sea with the city in the middle.&#8221;\r\n\r\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"638\" src=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/villa-roccabella-min.jpg\" alt=\"Villa-Roccabella-min\" class=\"wp-image-102555\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/villa-roccabella-min.jpg 960w, https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/villa-roccabella-min-451x300.jpg 451w, https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/villa-roccabella-min-226x150.jpg 226w, https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/villa-roccabella-min-768x510.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/villa-roccabella-min-175x116.jpg 175w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 960px) 100vw, 960px\" \/><figcaption><meta charset=\"utf-8\">Villa Roccabella \u00a9\ufe0f JB Pastor et Fils <\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, almost seven projects have been completed by the Parisian architect. &nbsp;The Simona Tower as mentioned, but also Le Stella, Villa Roccabella, the Ni Box, Les Cigognes, Villa Troglodyte and Palais Honoria, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2021\/10\/supplementary-budget-state-owned-housing-key-points-from-the-national-councils-october-sessions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">which will be inaugurated in early 2023 with 65 state-owned housing units equipped with fully fitted kitchens<\/a><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"> and a cr\u00e8che. And all the materials selected, from floors to paints, are certified. In Monaco, I am used to carrying out my projects in series and not in parallel&#8221;.&nbsp;<\/em><span class=\"apple-converted-space\">The next project of the Parisian architect should therefore be announced once the Palais Honoria is inaugurated.
