The latest study by Knight Frank unsurprisingly reveals Monaco&#8217;s supremacy in the international real estate market.<\/p>\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2019\/06\/luxury-real-estate-monaco-still-in-first-place\/\">Monaco has been at the top of the property price ladder<\/a> for several years now, attracting wealthy foreign investors. \u00a0According to the British agency Savills, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2021\/04\/property-in-monaco-is-the-most-expensive-on-the-planet\/\">the average square metre<\/a> in the Principality will fetch \u20ac47,600.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-million-de-dollars-pour-un-15-metres-carres\">A million dollars for 15 square metres <\/h2>\n\n<p>For comparison purposes, Knight Frank revealed the type of real estate that could be acquired with the modest sum of one million dollars (approximately 880,000 euros).  In Monaco, this sum will enable you to become the proud owner of a studio measuring\u2026 15 square metres. <\/p>\n\n<p>As a comparison, the same sum would get you a 23 square metre flat in Hong Kong, 31 square metres in London, 34 m2 in New York and 35 m2 in Geneva.
