June 21st is not just for the F\u00eate de la musique, it is also a special date for two hours of outdoor yoga with the Monaco Yoga Solstice Festival, being held on the terraces of the Casino.<\/h3>\n

On June 21st, the arrival of summer is also the International Day of Yoga. It will take place under the guise of relaxation, with the new edition of the Monaco Yoga Solstice Festival, organized by Yoga Shala Monaco, which teaches different styles of yoga (from Asthanga to Yin, through therapeutic styles) as well as meditation, right in the heart of the Scala Palace. For this event, yoga enthusiasts (and others!) will be able to make their sun salutations from an exceptional place, the terraces of the Casino, with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean.<\/p>\n

Movement for everyone.<\/h2>\n

Adults and children are welcome from 6 pm to 8 pm for this newest edition, which welcomed more than 300 people last year. A free event supported by Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Bains de Mer, for a joyful and relaxing practice of the discipline that provides physical and mental well-being. The opening of this festival will be at 5:45 pm, with Indian music, played live and the collective lesson will be punctuated by handpans. It is advisable to come with your own mat, a bottle of water and loose, light, white clothes. After that, be guided by the ebb and flow of the Mediterranean and enjoy the day!<\/p>\n
