Those who enjoy the Lebanese culinary arts have something to celebrate this summer in the Principality. Noura<\/em>, the famous Parisian restaurant, is taking up summer quarters at the Hermitage Hotel until August 25th. A tasty pop up for sampling this phenomenal cuisine.<\/h3>\n

In 30 years, the restaurant Noura in Paris has become a reference in Lebanese gastronomy. Every year, this family business, now considered a real institution, opens an ephemeral restaurant. This summer, it is in the Excelsior lounge of the Hermitage hotel that they chose to settle for a little over a month. For the occasion, the decoration of the place was transformed to match the spirit of the establishment. Open from 5 pm to midnight, Noura invites you to discover all that Lebanese food has to offer.<\/p>\n

The Spirit Lounge and the Thousand and One Nights Dinner<\/h2>\n

On the menu, Noura’s famous and indispensable mezzes to share and whet the appetite in a lounge and bar atmosphere, accompanied by cocktails, all to the sound of the Airplay group. A relaxed appetizer, then, to enjoy the traditional cuisine revisited by the chefs of the restaurant installed on the Riviera for a few weeks. Fish is especially highlighted on the menu. Grilled meats or lamb confit are also to be savored for a taste and sensory journey overlooking the Principality. Noura, which now has more than twenty addresses around the world, could be the just the thing your summer evenings were missing.<\/p>\n
