The new <em>Caf\u00e9 de Paris<\/em> will not be ready for this summer, due to &#8220;setbacks that are sometimes encountered in this type of construction, added to the difficulties caused by the international context, with delays in the supply of many materials.&#8221;&#13;\n&#13;\n<\/p>\n\n<p>The Monte-Carlo Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Bains de Mer (SBM) made the announcement in a press release on Monday March 6. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2022\/09\/stephane-valeri-leaves-national-council-becomes-societe-des-bains-de-mer-president\/\">group&#8217;s new CEO, St\u00e9phane Valeri<\/a>, brought together all the site managers to review the progress on the new complex, which will include the Brasserie Caf\u00e9 de Paris, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2023\/02\/a-sneak-preview-of-3-new-societe-des-bains-de-mer-establishments\/\">the Amaz\u00f3nico restaurant<\/a> and a number of luxury boutiques.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"related\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2022\/03\/images-a-metamorphosis-for-cafe-de-paris-monte-carlo\/\">A major facelift for the legendary Caf\u00e9 de Paris Monte-Carlo!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The Brasserie Caf\u00e9 de Paris is now due to open at the end of October. The Amaz\u00f3nico restaurant will follow at a later date, to be announced.<\/p>\n\n<p>SBM stated that all the group&#8217;s departments &#8220;are working hard to optimise the deadline, both in terms of completing work on the site and managing the personnel that will operate the establishments.&#8221;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The project, which began in March 2022, was originally scheduled to last 16 months.
