One was awarded a new star, and none were lost. The most coveted awards in the world of gastronomy were presented on Monday March 6 at a ceremony in Strasbourg with 1,500 guests. <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-neuf-etoiles-de-la-principaute\">Nine stars in the Principality <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Monaco is known for its fine dining, and this reputation was upheld again this year. Keeping their stars are: <strong>\u00a0the triple-starred Louis XV \u2013 Alain Ducasse<\/strong> at the H\u00f4tel de Paris, <strong>the Blue Bay <\/strong>at the Monte-Carlo Bay, which got its second star last year,<b> <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2022\/04\/taste-test-pavyllon-yannick-allenos-new-monaco-restaurant\/\"><b>the Pavyllon Monte-Carlo<\/b><\/a>, Yannick All\u00e9no&#8217;s restaurant at the H\u00f4tel Hermitage which still has its star, as do <strong>Le\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Grill <\/strong>at the H\u00f4tel de Paris<strong>, La Table d\u2019Antonio Salvatore <\/strong>and <strong>Yoshi<\/strong>, both at the H\u00f4tel M\u00e9tropole.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p>Claire Sonnet from the Louis XV &#8211; Alain Ducasse in Monaco <a href=\"\/?p=166305\" data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/2023\/03\/la-directrice-du-louis-xv-recoit-le-prix-michelin-du-service\/\">also received the service award<\/a>.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Riviera stars <\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A stone&#8217;s throw from Monaco, <strong>Mirazur by Mauro Colagreco<\/strong> in Menton has kept its three stars in the famous guide, while <strong>La Ch\u00e8vre d&#8217;Or<\/strong> in Eze, <strong>Hostellerie J\u00e9r\u00f4me<\/strong> in La Turbie and <strong>Flaveur<\/strong> in Nice have had their two stars confirmed for another year.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p><strong>Le <\/strong><a href=\"\/?p=98191\" data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2021\/10\/the-maybourne-riviera-two-new-restaurants-for-the-ultra-luxury-hotel\/\">Ceto<\/a> in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, <strong>the Restaurant des Bois<\/strong> in Beaulieu-sur-Mer, <strong>\u00a0Jan<\/strong> in Nice, <strong>Les Agitateurs<\/strong> in Nice, <strong>Pure &amp; V <\/strong>in Nice, <strong>L&#8217;Aromate<\/strong> in Nice, <strong>Le Chantecler<\/strong> in Nice, <strong>Le Saint-Martin<\/strong> in Vence, <strong>\u00a0Alain Llorca <\/strong>in La Colle-sur-Loup, <strong>La Flibuste-Martin&#8217;s<\/strong> in Villeneuve-Loubet, <strong>Les Terraillers<\/strong> in Biot, <strong>La Passag\u00e8re<\/strong> in Juan-les-Pins, <strong>Louroc<\/strong> in Antibes and <strong>Or bleu<\/strong> in Th\u00e9oule-sur-Mer, all held on to their single star.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mirazur pastry chef Marius Dufay was awarded the &#8220;passion dessert&#8221; prize.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ch\u00e2teau Eza awarded its first star<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p>The only restaurant on the French Riviera to receive its first Michelin star is Ch\u00e2teau Eza in Eze. In the heart of the medieval village, this 50-seat gastronomic restaurant serves refined French and Mediterranean cuisine prepared with care by Chef Justin Schmitt.
