Philippe Etchebest is still the head of the Blues, with H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Darroze leading the Reds and Michel Sarran, the Yellows.<\/p>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>First Monegasque\u00a0chef to represent<\/h3>\n<p>At the humble age of 29, Jean-Philippe Berens, originally from Beaulieu-sur-mer, has spent more than ten years cooking up a storm in luxury hotels, most notably H\u00f4tel Plaza Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e in Paris.\u00a0At 16, he embarked on an apprenticeship at the H\u00f4tel Plaza Ath\u00e9n\u00e9e, Paris. He also wears the badge of station chef of St\u00e9phanie le Quellec in La Sc\u00e8ne, having worked as part of the prestigious restaurant of the H\u00f4tel Prince de for 18 months.<\/p>\n<p>Today, specialising in Mediterranean cuisine and the technique and precision of his craft, Berens hopes to open his very own restaurant in the next two years. &#8220;It&#8217;s a great season to discover
