The Beefbar&#8217;s little brother, the chic venue with a bistro atmosphere is the latest creation by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2022\/05\/riccardo-giraudi-i-want-to-keep-this-creative-spirit-in-everything-i-undertake\/\">Riccardo Giraudi<\/a>. And as with each of his ventures, the quality is top notch!<\/p>\n\n<p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><em>&#8220;I like simplicity without fuss, quality, contrasts&#8230; In fact, I make restaurants where I like to go for lunch or dinner myself,&#8221; <\/em>he says.<\/p><\/p>\n\n<p>As for the menu, executive chef Thierry Paludetto and on-site chef Yann Delion have come up with a series of well-executed recipes, all featuring the meats for which Beefbar is renowned, sourced from all around the world. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"related\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2024\/04\/le-beefbar-luxury-steakhouse-taking-the-world-by-storm\/\">Le Beefbar: luxury steakhouse taking the world by storm<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p>You can sample unique breeds such as Australian and American Black Angus and American Wagyu, as well as a miso-infused Caesar salad, beef pepperoni pizza, onglet steak with shallots, lasagne with pulled Kobe beef, salmon barbecued in a yuzu unagi sauce, fillet of beef marinated in honey and ginger, and the Ultimate Smash Cheeseburger.
