An exclusive bonus &#8211; Fran\u00e7ois Perrin, owner of the Ch\u00e2teau, will be on hand to share some anecdotes about the historic <em>domaine<\/em>. The five-course menu, priced at 290 euros, includes an aperitif, two starters, fish and meat and dessert.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"related wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2023\/12\/5-excellent-brunch-restaurants-in-monaco\/\">5 excellent brunch restaurants in Monaco<\/a><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><b>On 28 March 2025, <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2024\/02\/prince-albert-ii-inaugurates-blue-bay-marcel-ravin-restaurant\/\"><b>the Blue Bay Marcel Ravin**<\/b><\/a> will be providing a six-course menu called <em>&#8220;Terre de naissance&#8221;<\/em>, (Birthplace) featuring original food and rum pairings. Each dish will be served with a Martinique rum, to create a real harmony of flavours on the palate. The gastronomic meal, priced at 295 euros, will be organised in partnership with CODERUM Martinique, which includes all the distillers of agricultural and cane rum on the French Caribbean island.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then it will be the turn of Michelin-starred chef <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/2024\/03\/dominique-lory-recompense-par-le-gaultmillau-tours\/\">Dominique Lory<\/a> and celebrated Italian chef Alessandro Borghese to put on a four-hands dinner on the top floor of <b>the H\u00f4tel de Paris Monte-Carlo on 26 April.<\/b> The menu includes gamberoni from Sanremo, Venetian-style cod, spaghettone cacio e pepe and Sicilian cassata. These fine Mediterranean products will be accompanied by regional Italian wines.
