The Monegasque fashion designer made a stopover in London to present her genderless luxury label, sharing her inspirations and unexpected love of Camden with Tatler<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Princess St\u00e9phanie of Monaco’s daughter Pauline Ducruet has made her mark on the fashion world with her brand Alter<\/a>, which she launched in 2019 while studying at Parsons in New York. In an interview with British magazine Tatler<\/em><\/a>, the 30-year-old designer spoke about her roots: “I remember my mom would tell me, \u201cYou should be dressed like this to go to school\u201d, and I\u2019d be like \u201cNo, no, no,\u00a0this\u00a0is the outfit\u201d.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Family inspiration fuelled her early passion for fashion: “Me and my sister would go to my mom’s wardrobe all the time to try on her dresses. Not only the dresses though, as I was pretty tomboy when I was a kid, I\u2019d also try on all the suits and denims and motorcycle jackets.”<\/em><\/p>\n\n
