The project, known as Everblue, involves a complete renovation of the building and a two-storey extension, increasing its surface area to 3,812 m\u00b2 and a height of 30 metres.\u00a0<em>&#8220;We called the project Everblue in reference to the Evergreen headquarters in Montrouge of the Cr\u00e9dit Agricole group that CFM Indosuez is part of, but also in reference to our commitment\u00a0<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2024\/03\/monaco-to-host-blue-economy-and-finance-forum-in-2025\/\"><em>to the blue economy<\/em><\/a><em>,&#8221; <\/em>explains Vincent Thomas, Deputy Managing Director of the Monegasque bank.<\/p>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"eD7iRTd8o4\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2025\/06\/cfm-indosuez-scoops-up-bnp-paribas-wealthy-clients-in-monaco\/\">CFM Indosuez scoops up BNP Paribas&#8217; wealthy clients in Monaco<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; visibility: hidden;\" title=\"&#8220;CFM Indosuez scoops up BNP Paribas&#8217; wealthy clients in Monaco&#8221; &#8212; Monaco Tribune\" src=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2025\/06\/cfm-indosuez-scoops-up-bnp-paribas-wealthy-clients-in-monaco\/embed\/#?secret=cBgNdlJWRX#?secret=eD7iRTd8o4\" data-secret=\"eD7iRTd8o4\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n\n<p>The approach is part of a strategy to renovate existing buildings.\u00a0<em>&#8220;It&#8217;s a project that addresses current environmental challenges, favouring rehabilitation rather than demolition and reconstruction,&#8221; <\/em>stresses Eric Puzenat, architect from Ateliers 2\/3\/4\/, who worked with J\u00e9r\u00f4me Hein&#8217;s firm The A Group to design the project. Technical features include 37 m\u00b2 of photovoltaic panels, a timber-framed fa\u00e7ade, a natural ventilation system and a connection to the thalassothermal loop.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-ecrin-pour-les-salaries\">A quality work environment<\/h2>\n\n<p>In addition to environmental aspects, the project included consideration of working conditions.\u00a0&#8220;<em>The future building has also been designed to provide an optimal working environment for employees, with bright, well-equipped offices and collaborative spaces,&#8221; <\/em>adds Vincent Thomas, Director.
