The 400 square metre terrace provides a circular view of the bay, the L\u00e9rins islands and the Est\u00e9rel massif. The menu focuses on local produce, with original dishes such as grilled octopus with almonds and romesco, or shoulder of lamb confit with pink harissa. The &#8216;Saint-Tropez&#8217; combines Brazilian tonka-infused cacha\u00e7a and watermelon pur\u00e9e. The &#8216;Monaco&#8217; combines craft gin and Chambord raspberry liqueur. Booking ahead is strongly recommended for the restaurant, especially during busy periods like the Cannes Yachting Festival at the beginning of September.
