All dishes prepared with sustainably fished seafood will be highlighted with an icon.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A new step towards sustainability<\/h2>\n\n<p>\u201cOur goal is to be part of a broader movement to bring about positive change in mentalities and recognise the importance of caring for our planet on all levels,\u201d commented Ivan Artolli, the director of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2019\/07\/renovations-of-the-hotel-de-paris-monte-carlo-are-complete\/\">H\u00f4tel de Paris Monte-Carlo<\/a>. In 2019, the hotel was awarded the Green Globe Certification which recognises high sustainability standards in tourism businesses.<\/p>\n\n<p>Started in 2010, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fpa2.org\/news-8016.html\">Mr. Goodfish<\/a> is a European program which aims to increase public and business awareness of sustainable seafood consumption. Since 2013, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2020\/06\/prince-albert-ii-rallies-for-world-to-protect-the-oceans\/\">the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation<\/a> is in charge of the program\u2019s organisation in Monaco and in all of South-East France. The H\u00f4tel de Paris Monte-Carlo joins several other Monaco establishments who are already part of the program, such has the H\u00f4tel Hermitage Monte-Carlo, the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel &amp;
