The meeting was attended by Jean Castellini, the minister of Finance and Economy, Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Genta, who is in charge of Monaco\u2019s digital transition, as well as Pierre Silhol, who represented Monaco Minister of State, Pierre Dartout. The meeting was scheduled on sovereign order and followed the approval of the STO law voted on 23 June 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Safeguarding digital investment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><p>The law of 23 June establishes a secure framework for businesses to finance their projects by raising funds through <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2018\/10\/new-monegasque-conference-about-blockchain-technology\/\">blockchain technology<\/a>*.
