As the industry adapts to new restrictions, the Nice C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur airports introduces a new set of gadgets to help curb the spread of the virus.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gone are the days of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/category\/coronavirus-en\/\">PCR tests and 24 hour waiting periods<\/a>. On 20 October, the French Transport Minister, Jean-Baptiste Djebbari announced the introduction of rapid covid tests at<a href=\"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2020\/09\/nice-cote-dazur-named-5th-most-beautiful-airport-landing-in-the-world\/\"> the Nice C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur airport<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The minister said that all passengers arriving from countries deemed \u201cred zones\u201d would have to take the test. \u201cWe need to find a way for these rapid tests to become the norm in airports throughout Europe, and even throughout the world, so that air traffic can take off again,\u201d Franck Goldnadel, the president of the Airports of the C\u00f4te d\u2019Azur associoation, &nbsp;told Good Morning Business. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-an-ultra-violet-robot\">An ultra-violet robot<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Goldnadel expects air traffic to go back to normal by 2023-2024. For the Nice C\u00f4te D\u2019Azur airport, the priority is first and foremost its passenger\u2019s safety. Many new measures and gadgets have been put in place to ensure the cleanliness of the terminals.
