{"id":4670,"date":"2018-10-31T10:29:12","date_gmt":"2018-10-31T09:29:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/?p=4670"},"modified":"2018-10-31T10:29:12","modified_gmt":"2018-10-31T09:29:12","slug":"monaco-station-ranks-1st-among-122-stations-in-a-satisfaction-survey","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.monaco-tribune.com\/en\/2018\/10\/monaco-station-ranks-1st-among-122-stations-in-a-satisfaction-survey\/","title":{"rendered":"Monaco station ranks 1st among 122 stations in a satisfaction survey"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6>Several\u00a0surveys were carried out by the BVA Group earlier this year in July and September among users of the 122 stations of the SNCF network.<\/h6>\n<p>The following 5 items were evaluated, as well as an index of &#8220;overall satisfaction&#8221;:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The cleanliness and safety of the station<\/li>\n<li>The movements in the station<\/li>\n<li>Information<\/li>\n<li>Shops \/ services in the train station<\/li>\n<li>The quality of the moment spent in the station.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Out of these 122 stations, the Principality ranks first for both surveys.\u00a0Each item evaluated progresses between July and September and the overall satisfaction score increases from 8.30 to 8.45 \/ 10.<\/p>\n<p>These results are not just a work of one person, but rather the fruit of a common work.
