Slava’s Snowshow has been running for 25 years, and in that time it has become the world’s finest clown show. Slava and his crew will be bringing their\u00a0act to the Monaco Grimaldi Forum from December 6th to December 9th.<\/h3>\n

Slava Pounin, a Russian clown born in 1950, began the famed Snowshow in 1993. Since its creation, the spectacle has traveled the world, setting the record for\u00a0Off-Broadway repetitions in New York, and lighting up Paris for the first time in 2000. Inspired by the great comedian Charlie Chaplin, Slava has created his own legacy of joy, laughter, and awe.<\/p>\n

Slava around the world<\/h2>\n

From Hong Kong to Sydney, from New York to Paris, the Slava Snowshow offers a wonderful journey into the clown’s wintry wonderland. Full of magic, poetry, improbable adventures, the show is a delight for adult and child alike.<\/p>\n

A visual experience full of surprises, where soap bubbles, gigantic cobwebs, snow storms, and spooky green creatures await an audience who may be drawn into the show at a moments notice.<\/p>\n

What to expect during the show<\/h2>\n

One of the key moments of the show comes when a huge sheet covers the audience. The cloth is a high-resistance fabrication made by special worms in China. It can be stretched to cover thousands of watchers-on at the same\u00a0time.\u00a0 At another point, the audience is showered with special snow-like confetti from a specialized factory in California. The paper evokes the effect of a flying butterfly.<\/p>\n

Slava’s troupe is tasked with making us all dream, and they do not disappoint. Full of emotion, no spectator will leave the show unmoved. The Snowshow is a real epic filled with poetry and grace, pranks, and antics. Don’t miss it!<\/p>\n
