On Friday, February 15th, the Flavien Foundation, which fights against pediatric cancer, will begin its march from the Place du Palais to the Place d’Armes via the Rampe Major.<\/h6>\n

Objective: to put a spotlight on pediatric cancers and ways to combat them.<\/p>\n

The ritual has been the same for four years already. Every February 15th, on the occasion of International Childhood Cancer Day, the Flavien Foundation teams call on the country to mobilise, symbolically, as a family.<\/p>\n

By taking part in a march on Friday evening at 6 pm, from Place du Palais, to join the place d’Armes via the Rampe Major. Objective: to put the spotlight on pediatric cancers and ways to fight them.<\/p>\n

“We are in a year of achievement for the foundation, with important medical publications, the fruit of the success of our collaboration with the science centre and the teams we’re funding, welcomes Denis Maccario, President. Today we spend a higher speed, and it is the moment to redouble the support and efforts of each one. We are in a phase of awareness, we reach the goal, and there is no question of loosening the bridle.”<\/em><\/p>\n

It will be the spirit of this walk, this Friday night, which aims to federate the consciences. But also encourage donations to accompany the search via the site of the foundation or gift boxes that will be present on the course of the march.<\/p>\n

“In addition to financial support, we need support on a daily basis, to share our information, advance better and more and expand our national and international network”,<\/em> continues Denis Maccario.<\/p>\n

The first step to show the commitment to the cause, Friday evening, the facades of the Prince’s Palace, the National Council and the Casino will light up in orange, a symbolic colour of the Flavian Foundation’s fight.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
