After four months dedicated to renovations, the Mirazur is ready to welcome new excited gourmet diners on March 6th. Set aglow by his third Michelin star obtained last January, the chef Mauro Colagreco is expected to keep the magic coming!<\/h3>\n<p>From his glass cube suspended at the foot of the mountains overlooking the town of Menton, the Italian-Argentinian chef smiles wide. With the reopening of Mirazur, Mauro Colagreco will finally be able to indulge his clients&#8217; deepest desires and share what he has been dreaming up since earning his third Michelin\u00a0star. On January 21st in Paris, the famous guide attributed the ultimate prize to the culinary artist who became history&#8217;s first foreign toque to join the ultra-closed circle of three-starred chefs in France.<\/p>\n<h2>Innovation abound<\/h2>\n<p>During the winter break, the Mirazur put beauty first. So what should we expect from the new set up? First revolution: the number of tables has been reduced from 15 to 12 for more comfort and optimized service. On the kitchen side, Mauro Colagreco, who has been on site for 12 years, had a wood oven installed to accommodate new recipes. Finally, some new recruits are expected to bolster\u00a0service in room and in the kitchen.
