One Monte Carlo has finally been revealed to the public and its launch is the beginning of a brand new chapter for the Principality. The shiny new district offers a novel luxury experience in the center of Monaco. A major real estate and urban development project led by the SBM group, the resort group with the most stars in Europe, which\u00a0has contributed once again to making the Principality the most exclusive destination on the continent.<\/p>\n

That is thanks to its residents, of course, but also and especially by helping to make Monaco one of the most attractive destinations for all lovers of the great art of the gambling games and the great art of living.”<\/em> Confirms Jean-Luc Biamonti, CEO of the Monte-Carlo SBM Group (Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Bains de Mer).<\/p>\n Extending over 60,000 square meters, One Monte Carlo offers 7 buildings, flush with vegetation and glassy transparency, designed by the firm Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners in association with Alexandre Giraldi. The resort features 37 luxury apartments, 24 luxury shops, 9 office floors, and a unique dining concept.<\/p>\n The new creation of the SBM includes 6 upscale residential buildings of 5 to 13 floors and 37 apartments offering areas of 60 to 800 square meters including 6 triplexes with private pools on the top floors of their respective buildings, and spaces with up to 6 bedrooms. Everything is of course detailed with the most luxurious touches, without overlooking unique living services worthy of a 5-star rating.<\/p>\n The One Monte Carlo complex experience is also shaped by interior architecture that echos the very imprint of the C\u00f4te d’Azur. Bruno Moinard and Claire Betaille, interior designers from the 4BI & Associ\u00e9s agency, have chosen to pay homage to Monaco and the Riviera by generating spaces with varied volumes, where games of transparency, light, and visions of the sea connect residents to the elements. They favored noble regionally sourced materials (marble, wood …) and appealed to talented French and Italian art craftsmen, who paid generous and inspired attention to the slightest details: the brilliance of their marquetry, the refinement of the chosen materials all expressed with delicacy through each curve.<\/p>\n The district has a 7th oval-shaped building with offices and a restaurant on the ground floor which will open in a few weeks.<\/p>\n A future Monegasque shopping hotspot, the new complex has also become the new home to the most exclusive luxury brands represented across 24 boutiques. 17 inside the buildings, on the new Princess Charlene Promenade and Princess Alice Avenue with a world-first: 4 of the most prestigious luxury brands standing side by side: Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Fendi. While Dior, Piaget, Alexander Mcqueen, Bulgari, Prada,\u00a0and Cartier will be positioned outdoors on the Avenue des Beaux-Arts.<\/p>\n One Monte Carlo unveils fluid and airy lines in an architecture that gives primary place to plants, sublimating the monumental architecture. These green beauties have been deployed around the new Princess Charlene Promenade, the new pedestrian artery lined with 7 new buildings.<\/p>\n Designed by the firm Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, one of the great names in contemporary architecture and urban planning (designer with Renzo Piano of the Center Georges Pompidou, Pritzker Prize 2007) and the Monaco architect Alexandre Giraldi, One Monte-Carlo meets the strictest environmental requirements. The project has notably obtained the BREEAM European label.<\/p>\n The roof of the office building also plays host to latest generation photovoltaic panels. The outdoor spaces were an important part of the project, conceived with the idea of creating a real breath of fresh air in the heart of the city. One Monte Carlo promotes pedestrian traffic and social conviviality plans that fell under the responsibility of landscape architect Jean Mus.<\/p>\n The spring season will see many new developments in the newly opened area. The most notable of these will probably be Mada One, the new\u00a0chic snacking concept by Marcel Ravin, the Michelin-starred chef at Monte Carlo Bay. The place will be a caf\u00e9, a bistro,\u00a0and pastry shop, allowing you to eat at any time, with a natural, mixed cuisine.<\/p>\n A conference and events center and an integrated art gallery will be opened in spring 2019.<\/p>\n5-star residential and luxury offices on offer<\/h2>\n
