The presidential plane should land at Nice airport where Xi Jinping will be greeted by a French delegation before joining the Rock. This European tour, from 22 March to 1 April, will also take him to the Netherlands, Belgium, the headquarters of the European Union, Germany and France. This is his first tour in Europe since taking office.<\/p>\n
Sino-European ties are strengthening. Europe has even become China’s largest trading partner for a decade. Last year, the bilateral trade volume between China and Europe reached nearly $560 billion.<\/p>\n
