La ricetta segreta dei biscotti speziati di Natale della SBM"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Abbiamo incontrato gli chef<\/strong> <strong>Ken Thomas e C\u00e9dric Campanella nel <em>P\u00f4le sucr\u00e9&nbsp;<\/em>della Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Bains de Mer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c8 sottoterra, nel laboratorio di pasticceria della Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des Bains de Mer, che rifornisce ogni giorno le pasticcerie degli hotel e dei ristoranti del Principato, che abbiamo incontrato gli chef p\u00e2tissiers Ken Thomas, responsabile del laboratorio, e C\u00e9dric Campanella. Quest&#8217;ultimo ha condiviso con noi la sua ricetta dei biscotti speziati di Natale con un ingrediente segreto, il miele della Roua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I biscotti sono gi\u00e0 disponibili allo Chalet, sull&#8217;Avenue de Monte-Carlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ingredienti\">Ingredienti<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>125 gr di burro morbido<\/li><li>80 gr di zucchero di canna<\/li><li>1 uovo da allevamento all&#8217;aperto<\/li><li>300 gr di farina<\/li><li>4 gr di lievito<\/li><li>1 gr di mix di spezie &#8220;4 \u00e9pices&#8221;<\/li><li>1 gr di cannella<\/li><li>100 gr di miele<\/li><li>1 tuorlo (per la doratura)<\/li><li>100 gr di zucchero a velo (per la ghiaccia reale)<\/li><li>1 albume (per la ghiaccia reale)<\/li><li>Succo di limone<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ricetta-dei-biscotti-di-natale\">Ricetta dei biscotti di Natale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mettere il burro morbido e lo zucchero nella ciotola di una planetaria. Mescolare.<\/li><li>Versare il miele, le spezie, il lievito e la met\u00e0 della farina e dell&#8217;uovo. Mescolare.<\/li><li>Aggiungere la seconda met\u00e0 dell&#8217;uovo e della farina e mescolare.<\/li><li>Mettere l&#8217;impasto su un foglio di carta forno. Mettere un secondo foglio di carta forno sull&#8217;impasto e schiacciarlo con le mani e poi stenderlo con un mattarello.<\/li><li>Mettere in frigo per un&#8217;ora.<\/li><li>Con degli stampini, dare ai biscotti la forma desiderata e metterli su una placca da forno.<\/li><li>Spennellare i biscotti con il tuorlo.<\/li><li>Infornare a 180\u00b0 per otto minuti. Attenzione: la temperatura e i tempi di cottura possono variare a seconda del forno.<\/li><li>Preparare la ghiaccia reale: versare l&#8217;albume nello zucchero a velo e mescolare.
