A Roca offers local cuisine, typical of the Riviera. The brand emphasises three things: freshness, authenticity and tradition. Everything at A Roca is made from fresh market produce, everything is 100% homemade. Chefs here prepare white and red pissaladière, small stuffed dishes, stockfish, courgette flower fritters, ratatouille, grandmother’s casseroles and many other dishes. Not forgetting the barbagiuans, the Monégasque stuffed doughnuts that make A Roca so successful.

The brand was created in 1990, when Albert Croesi wanted to showcase recipes from the Mediterranean. Today, A Roca can be found in four different areas of Monaco: Fontvieille, Sainte-Dévote, Saint-Charles and La Condamine.

Since 2014, the brand also offers a high-end catering service, “A Roca Gourmet”, for all events.
