Castelroc

Located opposite the Prince’s Palace, the Castelroc overlooks the cliffs of Fontvieille Port and offers Mediterranean cuisine inspired by Monégasque traditions. Built in 1953 by the Bonafede family, the establishment has been able to preserve its authenticity and rework its culinary traditions. For decades, it has been importing cooking products from Nice, Corsica and Italy.

Marc, the fourth generation of restaurateurs, took over the premises three years ago and continues this beautiful family history. Perched on the Rock, the Castelroc welcomes its guests in its elegant veranda facing the Princely Palace or on its beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view of the horizon. Finally, the restaurant lovingly tells how: “the reason Monégasque cuisine has such a heavenly scent is because up there, on the Rock, you’re certainly a little closer to paradise…”
