Clyde Billaud

In 2013, he joined Patricia Rey’s Law Firm, after several years working in Monaco’s Court of Appeal as part of the law firm owned by Mrs Bettina Ragazzoni and Mr André Garino.

Then, after passing an entrance exam, he was appointed as a trainee lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Monaco by Order of the Director of Judicial Services of 22 December 2016. Four years later, he was officially appointed as a lawyer in Monaco’s Court of Appeal, by Order of the Director of Judicial Services of 7 January 2020.

Clyde Billaud holds a Master I “Private Law and Criminal Sciences” and a Master II “Litigation Management” from the Faculty of Law of Nice. He has the opportunity to work in both French and English.
