Daya and Cedou, the couple behind the EOLA adventure, have made a promise to each other to respect the environment to try and leave behind a healthier planet for their children.

Striving to provide a cuisine that is both healthy and gourmet, Eola tries to select ingredients to make “locavore” dishes. All year round, according to the season, their objective is to offer fresh, quality products with maximum respect for nature. Last but not least, the restaurant has made the NoPlastic bet, so their packaging has been designed to have a low environmental impact.
