A member of the Monaco Bar since 1993, Patricia Rey was permitted to practice as an defence lawyer by Sovereign Order n°15.082 of 24th October 2001. She holds a Master’s degree in Private Law, a D.E.S.S. in Notarial Law from the University of Nice-Sophia Antipolis and a Master of Laws, Common Law Studies from Georgetown University in Washington D.C.
