Unknown of Monte Carlo (L’Inconnue de Monte-Carlo) is a 1939 Franco-Italian film directed by André Berthomieu and Mario Soldati. It is the French version of Mario Soldati’s Italian film, La signora di Montecarlo.
A female adventurer is used as bait for a con man, who robs the naive people she brings to him at poker. A childhood friend comes to her aid.
