Boxing helps instill values of respect, bravery and perseverance. Since August 2014, Laurent Puons, President of the Monégasque Boxing Federation has taken on the challenge of setting up a completely new sporting entity, with its own rules, its own commissions and its own referees.
The Monégasque Boxing Federation counts among its members the international judge/arbitrator Jean-Robert Lainé who officiates at international level for the World Boxing Association. Members of the federation living in the Principality have all been able to benefit from it. The Monégasque Sports Association, English boxing section, and the Monégasque Boxing Federation, with the support of local institutions, organise several gala evenings throughout the year with increasing success.
English boxing is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful disciplines in many ways, but also one of the most difficult!
