Prince Albert II Nautical Centre

The nautical centre is composed of three pools: an Olympic pool, an initiation pool and a diving pit, all of which are supplied with fresh water treated with chlorine and ozone and maintained at a temperature of 28 degrees. In addition, the Centre has two saunas and is equipped with public changing rooms, as well as group changing rooms i.e for schoolchildren.

The Olympic pool is 50 metres in size. It is 21m long, 1.80m wide and 1.80m deep. Every year, it hosts the Monte-Carlo International Swimming Meeting. As well as this, competitive swimming, water polo and synchronised swimming practices take place there daily.

In the main pool, children to learn how to swim and aquagym classes take place. For divers, there are two boards reaching a height of one metre. two measuring ten feet each, and one five metre board. This facility allows sportsmen and women to learn how to dive. Apnea training is also available here.
