From Luxury Goods to the Open Sea
Founded by Patryk Uznanski, the company traces its roots to 2008, when he made his move into yachting after a career spanning luxury goods and premium real estate. After steadily building a strong European client base and completing his first Monaco yacht sale in 2015, he formally established Patrick Marine Yachts SARL in 2025 as a Monaco-registered brokerage with a permanent presence in the Principality.
A Monaco Base, a Global Reach
Today, Monaco serves as the company’s operational and strategic centre of gravity. From its Monte-Carlo office, Patrick Marine Yachts operates across three core pillars new build, brokerage and charter structured around what Patryk describes as a “family office of yachting” model. Clients work directly with the founder himself, ensuring continuity, confidentiality and personal oversight at every stage of a transaction.
Three Pillars, One Standard of Service
On the new-build front, the company manages complex projects of up to 100 metres, collaborating with experienced surveyors, project managers and leading maritime lawyers, while maintaining close relationships with shipyards in the Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Turkey. In brokerage, clients gain access to a curated selection of more than 3,000 vetted yachts, guided through acquisition, negotiation and due diligence with precision and care.
Charter represents a significant share of the firm’s activity. Drawing on seven years of operational experience and approximately 70 charter weeks arranged annually, the Mediterranean remains its primary market, alongside strong seasonal demand in the Caribbean and the Bahamas. Increasingly, clients are venturing further afield to French Polynesia and Antarctica reflecting a growing appetite for exploration beyond traditional cruising grounds.

A member of the Yacht Club de Monaco, Patryk also participates in recognised industry bodies including Cluster Yachting Monaco, ECPY, CYBA, IYBA and the International Superyacht Society.
