Mada’One

Innovative and chic, this restaurant uses a new concept called “snackonomy”, offering quick bites to eat in or take away. A quick look at the meaning behind the restaurant’s name. Mada One is a diminutive of Madame and pays tribute to the former name given to Martinique, Madininia (or Madiana), meaning “mythical island”. Embodying a “prêt à manger” (ready-to-eat) concept, this place is a café, bistro and pastry shop all in one. The team put a strong empahsis on using good, natural products with a combination of flavours to delight your taste buds. Indeed, Chef Marcel Ravin has created a varied and generous menu to satisfy everyone’s desires throughout the day, from breakfast to afterwork drinks!

In a relaxed and authentic setting, the Chef will surprise customers with creative dishes such as the Monegu (“Monaco” in Monégasque and “the taste of people” in Creole), a subtle mix between brioche and panettone, in the colours of Monaco: white and red. In addition, the Mada’One sells patisseries (depending on the time of day) as well as oils, spices, aprons and other products used in the restaurant’s recipes.
