This “sushi bar” has reinvented Japanese cuisine, giving it a Mediterranean twist. Inside there is a Japanese atmosphere, designed by architects Humbert & Poyet, where marble, wood, blue and gold blend into one.
Guests will be able to discover the classics, including edamame, miso soup, sashimi, maki, but also Moshi Moshi rolls in homage to the beautiful Mediterranean region. Guests can eat at the bar and watch the sushi be made, or alternatively eat on the terrace (in the summer) or indoors. In addition, quick and tasty menus are offered for lunch as well as a selection of the restaurant’s favourite dishes. For dinner, you can opt for the “à la carte” menu.
