Princess Alexandra of Hanover

Princess Alexandra is the daughter of Princess Caroline of Monaco and Ernst August, Prince of Hanover. She was born in Vöcklabruck, Upper Austria. The Princess attended the Lapierre public school in Le Mée-sur-Seine and the Institut catholique François-d’Assise-Nicolas-Barré in Monaco. A promising ice skater, Alexandra de Hanovre was ranked 2nd in her category at the 10th Monaco Figure Skating Championships in 2011.

She has participated in numerous events, including a charity football match that helped fund the reconstruction of the Port-au-Prince cathedral. She appeared alongside her mother at the Chanel fashion show organised by Karl Lagerfeld in 2011. She represented Monaco at the 2015 European Youth Olympic Festival in Austria.

At the 2018 Rose Ball, Alexandra of Hanover made her first public appearance on the arm of Ben Sylvester Straumann, heir to a wealthy German family and official companion to the young Princess for more than two three years now. She is the 13th in line for the Monégasque crown.
