“Toute la Méditerranée” (everything Mediterranean) are the words inscribed under the name of one of Alain Ducasse’s restaurants, a multi-star chef in the culinary world. After months of work, this great cook has created and perfected his own culinary universe, incorporating all aspects of the Mediterranean into his restaurant.

Situated on the garden level of the new Rotonde wing of the Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo, the establishment looks very similar to a boat, with three alcoves and a beautiful space called the “Wine Circle”. Alain Ducasse leaves the daily running of the kitchen in very safe hands, entrusting it to his loyal chef Patrick Laine. From Italy to Lebanon, passing through Greece, Spain, Turkey or Tunisia, Ômer is a declaration of love to Mediterranean flavours and travel. Enjoy your meal!
