The Gaia restaurant offers Greek-Mediterranean cuisine cooked with fresh produce in a warm and intimate setting. Combining warm hospitality with intricate details and alluring aspects, Gaia takes you on a journey of discovery with every visit. It’s good to know that the concept of local food, beverages and lifestyle was born from a collaboration between Evgeny Kuzin and chef Izu Ani. Together, they work to offer plates filled with flavour and tables full of generosity to customers.

In other words, the Gai menu combines traditional flavours, fresh ingredients and the simplicity of home cooking. Named after the Greek goddess of the Earth, the mother of the sun, mountains and sea, the restaurant is a refined tavern. In addition to a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, the lower level features a secluded chef’s table right by the kitchen. With twelve seats surrounded by white stone walls decorated with copper pots and beautiful details, the table was designed to create an intimate experience.
