“Monaco Pour l’Emploi”: a new recruitment forum in the Principality

Candidates will be able to submit their CVs and talk to the companies present.

The facts are indisputable. Although Monaco has broken through the symbolic ceiling of 60,000 jobs in the private sector, in the Principality as elsewhere, many economic sectors – particularly hospitality and construction – are facing major recruitment difficulties. These are particularly prevalent since the pandemic, which has changed the way people think about work, its demands on their time and other constraints, despite the attractive salaries on offer in the Principality.

This is why the Government of Monaco presented a new forum entitled “Monaco Pour l’Emploi” (Monaco for Employment), on Tuesday June 27.

Scheduled for September 15 at the Grimaldi Forum, the event will give jobseekers the opportunity to submit their CVs and spend the day talking with the companies present. 75 organisations have already indicated their intention to take part in the forum. A second edition is already planned for March 2024, in anticipation of the summer season.
