Black Privé selects Monaco as the latest destination in European luxury real estate expansion

Black Privé, a luxury real estate platform created by a Swiss entrepreneur and headquartered in Andorra, has officially launched operations in Monaco. After establishing a proven track record in Marbella, Mallorca and Barcelona, the platform has chosen the Principality as its first market outside Spain a strategic move that places Monaco at the centre of its international growth ambitions.

“Monaco was never a question of if, but when,” says Dean, Swiss founder and CEO of Black Privé. “The Principality represents everything our platform stands for absolute discretion, uncompromising quality, and a buyer who expects nothing less than excellence. Mass-market portals have no place in this market, and that’s exactly where we operate.”

Curated luxury, not mass-market volume

Black Privé operates on principles fundamentally opposed to conventional property portals. The platform exclusively features properties above three million euros, with each partner agency limited to a maximum of ten listings. In Monaco, the platform works exclusively with established local professionals who possess decades of experience navigating the Principality’s unique market dynamics from fiscal structures to residency considerations.

Central to the model is a dedicated digital concierge service that accompanies every enquiry from first contact through to completion. Rather than leaving international buyers to navigate the process alone, the concierge team acts as a bridge between buyer and agency managing communication across languages and time zones with the precision and discretion of a private banking relationship. Every lead is treated with immediate responsiveness, ensuring that the standards Monegasque agencies expect are met at every stage.

Why Monaco, why now

The launch coincides with exceptional market strength. Monte-Carlo’s resale market has recently surpassed one billion euros, while international demand from Europe, the Gulf states and North America continues to intensify. Yet the luxury real estate Monaco market has been underserved by curated digital platforms. The finest properties still change hands primarily through personal networks, leaving qualified international buyers without efficient access to the Principality’s best inventory. Black Privé aims to complement not replace these relationships with a digital infrastructure worthy of the market’s prestige.

Monaco is a pivotal step in a broader European strategy. With Marbella, Mallorca and Barcelona already active, the Principality of Andorra — where the company is headquartered — is expected to launch as a destination in the near future. Further expansion into the French Alps and the broader French Riviera is planned, creating a connected network where buyers exploring properties in Monaco can seamlessly discover opportunities across Europe’s finest addresses, all within the same curated, concierge-supported environment.

In a market defined by exclusivity, Black Privé has built a platform that speaks the same language.
