From Monaco to Dubai, Balthazar Yachting follows the seasons

Headquartered in Dubai, with a presence in Monaco and Hong Kong, the French yachting house Balthazar Yachting serves an international clientele across three areas of expertise: crewed yacht charter, advisory services for yacht acquisitions and sales, and owner services. Its reach extends from the Mediterranean and the Caribbean to the Gulf, the Indian Ocean and Southeast Asia. Summer in the Mediterranean
From mid-May to early October, the yachting season centres on the Mediterranean. The French Riviera remains at its heart. From Port Hercule or Fontvieille, itineraries can take in Cannes, the Lérins Islands and Saint-Tropez, before continuing to Corsica or Sardinia on longer cruises. Across the wider Mediterranean, itineraries may also be built around the Balearics, the Amalfi Coast, the Greek islands or the Adriatic, depending on the brief.
“Every charter begins with a conversation, not a catalogue. We start by understanding what the client wants their time at sea to feel like, then build everything around it,” says Ceban Hammoumraoui, founder of Balthazar Yachting.
The advisor works with the client to shape the itinerary, including anchorages and ports of call, before curating a shortlist of crewed yachts. The same advisor then coordinates every detail, from the contract through to embarkation and experiences ashore. Balthazar Yachting’s public catalogue currently features 52 yachts; a broader selection is available on request.
A season finale in two acts
Two major events mark the close of the season: the Cannes Yachting Festival, from 8 to 13 September 2026, followed by the Monaco Yacht Show, from 23 to 26 September 2026 at Port Hercule. For clients considering an acquisition, a sale or a future charter, the two shows offer concentrated access to yachts, shipyards, brokers and management companies. Balthazar Yachting prepares each client’s schedule in advance, identifies the yachts most relevant to their plans and arranges their appointments.
From charter to ownership
For acquisitions and sales, Balthazar Yachting is involved from the outset, defining the brief, reviewing both listed yachts and off-market opportunities, and coordinating inspections, technical surveys, negotiations and delivery.
For owners, Balthazar Yachting acts as a single point of contact for yacht and crew management, maintenance and charter operations, overseeing each element from end to end.
When winter redraws the map
Dubai comes into its own from October to April. From December, high season begins in the Caribbean, around St Barths, Antigua and the British Virgin Islands. Some of the yachts available in the Mediterranean reposition there for the winter. The Indian Ocean also comes into season, from the Maldives to the Seychelles.
From a day at sea off Monaco to a winter in St Barths, Balthazar Yachting’s charters follow the sun. In the Mediterranean, one season ends. From the deck, another is already beginning.
