In a flurry of color and music, the ballet’s 63 dancers will take to the Salle de Princes floor to celebrate the music, authentic choreography and festive atmosphere of the winter season. The ballet is revered for its excellence in its native Russia, and across the Occident, notably in Europe and America. The Kasatinkia and Vasilyov staging and production brings fantastic creativity to this historic fairytale. The result is a fantastic family outing just in time for the holidays.

According to the Grimaldi Forum website, the production retains Vasily Vainonen’s famous choreography with the dance of the dolls, the waltz of the snowflakes, and the Grand Pas de Deux performed by the lead characters.
