Iconic American surf band at headline at Aids Fight Event Gala in Monte Carlo

The organizers of the Fight Aids Monaco Gala have announced that the Beach Boys will be headline the next edition of the Monte-Carlo Sporting Summer Festival. America’s original surf band will host crowds at Sporting Monte-Carlo on July 13th. Charlie Winston will open the festival on July 4th, while Vanessa Paradis will take the stage at the Opéra Garnier on July 5th.

The Beach Boys first came across with the release of Surfin ‘USA and the album of the same name in 1963. With the release of All Summer Long the next year, Rolling Stone magazine named them’ Group of the Year ‘and further The Sound of Good Vibrations , from the album Smiley Smile , was nominated ‘Song of the Century’ by Pet Sounds in 1966, which was named the second-best album of all time by the magazine in 2003. The concert at Sporting Monte-Carlo gives fans of the band a unique opportunity to witness these legends in the flesh and contribute to a worthy cause at the same time.

The event is presided over by HSH Princess Stephanie and aims to raise funds and awareness in the fight against the disease of Aids.
