Louis Vuitton, Celine, Akris, Fendi, Chanel, Prada, Fred, Lanvin, Dior, Yves Saint-Laurent and a few others … Here are the new residents of One Monte-Carlo, the new complex located on the Place du Casino inaugurated this Friday morning in the Principality.
After the demolition of the Winter Sporting and four years of work, this new 60,000 square meter space, consisting of seven buildings houses 37 luxury apartments, offices and a congress centre. At the foot of the buildings, the share was made to 23 luxury brands that line the brand new “Promenade Princess Charlene”. It is also the princely couple, accompanied by his children who opened the scene around noon.
The promenade, Princess Charlene, perpendicular to the Avenue des Beaux-Arts is a pedestrian axis, in an inclined plane, surrounded by a path of palm trees. Most of the twenty-three stores in the complex have seen this aisle from their shop windows. Huge showcases, 7 meters high, which reveal all levels of shops, mostly with a floor or a mezzanine.
By concentrating 23 luxury brands in this complex, which complements the other prestigious brands that already have their place address of the Casino, the Sea Bath Company positions its new setting as one of the most unique shopping experiences in the world.
