The Monegasque fashion week began on the Rock yesterday. With conferences, prestigious shows, select parties, and an award ceremony, the Principality will move to the rhythms of the fashion world until May 19th!
Monte Carlo Fashion Week officially kicked off yesterday morning via a trunk show organized by Isabella Caposano. An exceptional sale followed by the finale of the 6th Mark Challenge, a contest where young students can pitch their activity or business ideas that are all related to the luxury sphere. This first day also saw the Yacht Club of Monaco host conferences and round tables around the theme of fashion.
An eye on today’s festivities
These professional events precede the launch of the fashion shows, scheduled for May 16th at 2 pm. Under the Fontvieille marquee, fifteen brands will present their latest collections. Loona Monte Carlo Diana Mahrach Couture Audrey Vallens, Miss Monaco, or Miau (by Clara Rotescu) will all have the honor of inaugurating the seventh edition. Two festive events will also mark this day with the organization of a cocktail party in the National Council of Monaco and the presentation of a show in tribute to Liberace, at the Bellevue salon in the Cafe de Paris. An agenda that is full of influencers, VIP’s, professionals and fashion lovers on the Rock!
