For three days, famous chefs from around the world will convene at La Condamine market. Amateurs and professionals will be able to share their love for gastronomy and fill up on delightful discoveries.

A bona fide tradition since 2010, this festival strengthens the culinary relationships between many nations. Once across its threshold, one will find chefs from the Principality, France, but also from Russia, Italy, Japan, Iran, Spain, and Georgia… A gathering centered on the theme “A Tasteful Christmas Parry,” which is certain to stimulate your taste buds and tickle your appreciation for gastronomy from all over the world. Chefs will take the opportunity to create new gourmet menus for lunch and dinner every day. They will be tested by specialists with experienced palates who also hail from various countries. Finally, a special evening will stage the ten participating chefs inside the restaurant, Les terrasses du marché. The event program will remain a surprise for the lucky guests.

Monaco, a worldly gastronomic center

La Condamine market will reflect a thousand and one flavors over the three festival days. Producers and artisans will offer quality products under the watchful gazes of Michelin-starred chefs. The restaurants in the sector will notably present fixed-price menus, which are specially created for the occasion. With the participation of the Monegasque Hotel School, “The seasons of gastronomy” will open a culinary interlude as Christmas approaches. Everything necessary for dubbing Monaco the Capital of taste through the combined efforts of the Principality’s City Hall and the Honorary Consulate of Russia.
