The Department of Cultural Affairs presents its summer 2019

Patrice Cellario, Government Counselor-Minister of the Interior, Jean-Charles Curau, Director of Cultural Affairs and Jo Bulitt, programmer of the season of the Théâtre du Fort Antoine, presented on Thursday, June 13 the summer program of the Department of Cultural Affairs.

It will open on Tuesday, July 2 at 21:30 with “The Conference of Birds” Jean-Claude Carrière by the Company of Lights and Shadows in the context of the 49th edition of the Theater Fort Antoine. Six more plays will follow every Tuesday from July 2 to August 6, and Thursday, August 1. Reservation recommended to the Tourism and Convention Department from Thursday, June 17.

The second highlight, the 14th International Organ Festival, which offers this year a new formula with ten concerts over two long weekends of 4 days between July 4 and 14. The opportunity to discover both the organ part of the Principality and a wide range of artistic proposals around this instrument. Free entry.

This press conference was also an opportunity to present the photo exhibition, “SURREALLINES” which will be held from July 25 to August 22 at the Salle du Quai Antoine 1er. This exhibition is on the theme of surrealist filiations in contemporary photography aims to evoke the influence of Surrealism on today’s photography. Free entry
